LEADERSHIP

This topic its very important when we talk about a job, ¿Why? , becuse the people is following you there are a lot skills like comunication, team work , etc.
I understood that there are too many differences in be a leader and be a boss , and then I learnes new vocabulary to get knowledge and give motivation.
Leadership has been described as "a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task".
For me is basically based on a team for success.

RESEARCH & DEVElLOPMENT

About this topic I learned things to resolve any-projecto or something like that and I understand that I must keep a list :
  • 1.       Decide on a subject for your R&D Project.
  • 2.       Select the technics that you will use to generate ideas.
  • 3.       Decide how you will test those ideas
  • 4.       Write a short description of the aims of your R&D Project
  • 5.       Write a list of the members of your Project team and the specific areas of expertise.
  • 6.       Write a description of the areas of responsability of the Project leader
  • 7.       Talking into account “fuzzy front end” time, use CPM or some other method to determinate a time scale.
  • 8.       Give a presentation for your finished R&D proposal, complete with any relevant diagrams, graphs, charts, table, etc.
If you want get success, just follow this tips and be a leader.





DESIGN

Design is the creation of a plan or convention for the construction of an object or a system Design has different connotations in different fields. In some cases the direct construction of an object (as in potteryengineeringmanagementcowboy coding and graphic design) is also considered to be design.


MECHANISMS

I learned new words with tihis topic and so likes me because is part of mi engineering, for example:
belt, chain, pulley, sprocket, toothed, wheel, automatic,  higher,  ratio, shafts, transmit, helical,       manual,   selection and  shift  
mechanism is a device designed to transform input forces and movement into a desired set of output forces and movement. Mechanisms generally consist of moving components such as gears and gear trains, belt and chain drives, cam and follower mechanisms, and linkages as well as friction devices such as brakes and clutches, and structural components such as the frame, fasteners, bearings, springs, lubricants and seals, as well as a variety of specialized machine elements such as splines, pins and keys.
